Which one should i go with, CCNOW has a 9% fee on each transaction, whilst instabill has 10%, also does ccnow have recurring billing?

I asked them the same question recently, here's the reply I got:

"CCNOW does not support recurring billing as only tangible items
can be sold through our service."
