    No Response from WholesaleInternet Sales Dept. Questions.

    We have six servers we'd like to purchase from WholesaleInternet this week. I sent an email on Sunday and Monday and left a voicemail on Tuesday, but haven't heard back on a couple of questions I had.

    Anyone know another way to get in contact with them?

    It was a holiday on Monday in USA if I'm not mistaken so their sales department might be delayed.

    Same thing happened to me also. Sent him almost about 3 to 4 email messages but never got reply. I then sent him message on his WHT post and on WHT post, I got reply after waiting couple of days

    WII's sales department is slow at times, no wonder considering the large volumes of order they handle due to their amazing prices. Jolene handles / used to handle sales for them you may try emailing her directly at - jolene@wholesaleinternet.net

    Yeah, Wholesale has some large volume of orders so that mixed with the holiday probably just has been busy. I'd think you'd hear back soon, they're good at getting back to people, just may be a bit busy.

    Sales has been building servers to try to keep up with the orders. If the boxes are out of stock on the web site then we don't have them. On some configs, like 5420's and 5520's we have reseller commitments to fill of several hundred servers so those could be out for awhile. We are adding staff as fast as we can but service always takes priority over sales. Sorry. I'll see if I can pull someone off of the abuse or billing desk to help out.

    Thanks, Aaron. We really need these set up by EOD tomorrow. Will that be possible? If so, I'll put in an order asap.

    And we also would like for all six of them to be the same configuration, which was part of the question in email. (how to order six of a machine when it looks like the order form is one at a time)

    Onto - if you have such tight deadlines I'd recommend you open a ticket so that their technicians/billing team are aware. Only Aaron can see it if you post all of this here, unless he's personally deploying these

    Of course they're also extremely busy too

    Thanks David. I heard back from them. They said they won't be able to set them up until Monday because they need two business days. We're in a unique situation where this is the only weekend we will be able to move away from our current hosting company for a few more weeks, while our current hosting company has charged us well over $1,000 in erroneous billings and after six weeks of talking with them, despite them saying they will refund the charges, I am expecting they won't. I even had to change our debit card account on Tuesday.

    I had contacted WholesaleInternet on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with no response and took the chance on ordering the servers on Thursday without having heard back on some questions. Hopefully they can accomodate and get them set up today. It would really help us out.

    With the high volume of orders they process, it no wonder is difficult for them to get you up so soon. You might try getting in touch with Aaron and see if he can help.

    Just a heads up for those interested:

    I just got a call from them saying they're working over time to get the servers set up tonight and ready for us tomorrow morning. I got a call from them at 8:30pm their time on a Friday. I'm very impressed.

    I'm also incredibly thankful for their service, which is why we wanted to work with them in the first place.

    Yeah they're extremely busy the past few weeks but they still do a great job with their service, glad things are working out in your favor!

    I'm not surprised they are busy.. I use them myself and it has been probably the best experience I've had in this industry.
