Worst Online Shopping Experience!
Hi guys,
Cydock is one of my worst online shopping experience. Purchased for 3 months and still not able to get the software run correctly (not perfectly).
The support is S H I T ! ! ! I admit that when he (the developer, Andre Cameron) take his minutes to talk, he is very helpful. But when he's busy (even your case is not solve), he'll ignore your mail in total. Then you'll have to wait (I'm not sure) till the next round for your turn to get support.
I already deploy Cydock to my production server (a new server), now I can't add my existing client into Cydock for management. Account creation in PSA 2.5.5 is not working.
And now that Motha Fakka is not replying and the site is down.
THIS IS A CON JOB! DON'T BUY CYDOCK EVEN IT'S BACK IN THE FUTURE!!! YOU'LL REGRET!!!

i thought that something was wrong with the software. it seemed so great and cheap to be that good.
well imo its a very good software with little to no support, documentation and things that matter the most than just get a good piece of software out of the box.
anyway thanks for the info guys.

LOL, if that's not true, I don't know what is...
The guy is probably on his way to Cancun already. I purchased it back in october and ran it on a beta test server. Full of bugs, and the support that he (Andre) gives his customers is good for nothing.
A total fraud, but then again when you think about it, that's what happens when you buy a script that promises the world for less than a 100 dollars!!!

Thanks for coming to the board and explaining things. Perhaps you would have been better replying to your emails, switching your fax machine on and keeping at least a single page of the website up?
