If you are a capable Web designer and have some time, I would greatly appreciate some assistance with a template design. I have a sketch already made that I am satisfied with, however, I don't trust my skills to replicate it digitally. The sketch I have designed is at the following URL:

Also, for the menu at the right, rollover GIFs would be nice. The buttons should read:
