Their reasoning for this is that they're trying to estimate the demand they would have for their product line up since at their current stock levels they will be unable to adequately service international clients due to the anticipated demand (E3 w/ 8GB RAM and 2x1TB for 30 euros, sure.).

Ok so everyone try until now the cheapest servers ?
Have some one try the more expensive one with the branded hardware?
Also have some one try the not free support, for example the business support?
Also did some one outside the EU use them?
Are they excluding the vat from the price?0

Online.net review need up :)
Hello,
I'm currently a large (french) customer with Online.net (many WOPR w/ 128G of memory, soon Extreme w/1TB of memory), worked 1 week at their DC, so if you have any question about their servers, I can answer no problem.
What I can say is that they are not really ready now to provide servers in whole EU. They have a real unbelievable helpdesk for FR customers (replies before 30 min, by phone problem resolved in 2 min...)
Sincerely yours0

That's kind of THE problem - they're great and good for french clients, but international clients are going to be quite disappointed with the service level all around.

That's right. Juste because their team doesn't speak english a lot.
Their DC is a Tier4+ Datacenter, servers are from HP or Dell, so its not very often that you need support.
And for 9.99...0

The servers may be from HP/Dell but that doesn't mean these will mount a KVM themselves
Yep, I'd still need a KVM in a 9.99 euro server so I can install a real OS in it myself.0

Dedibox SC no KVM except if you ask for it.
Dedibox Classic+, you got "iDRAC interface" from Dell and Dedibox LT you got "iLO".0

Exactly my point - their own offered range of OS is far from enough; they don't have some of the major needed OS which means unless you can get a KVM on the Dedibox SC, it's nearly useless. Their support doesn't reply to KVM requests for international clients and so, that dedicated server is practically useless for international clients.

Donīt rent a server from online.net if you need to access Google services.
I made this mistake, the problem is that their google peering is overloaded most of the time.0

No, this problem is actually caused by Google itself - they don't have enough public peering in FR, i see this with other DCs as well.

Except OVH that had a private (paid) peering with them (~60Mbps to youtube)

OVH could also just route it by DECIX, Google has like 80G there and OVH 50G+.

So my experience is really good with them. For the price itīs perfect, i currently have 2 29.99 servers. 1 is running some Minecraft Servers, the other is running about 100 websites. Without any problem at all, i was a little worried about the network. But itīs working great actually.

online.net's network is based off the free.fr (ISP) network.
This is free.fr's test file, which will give an idea but may not be accurate for actual dedicated server network:
