Instabill?

Are they the only FREE credit card processing company around (for services)? 10% is pretty hefty...

Click bank, Revecom change a $50 start up fee..

Are there any other?

I use Instabill for one of my other websites, and have no complaints whatsoever.

I've never caught the service being down, never had any billing issues, and always have received fast replies to emails.

For BottomDollarDomains I have a full fledged merchant account, which is really the way to go.

Before anyone asks: Why don't I use the same merchant account for both sites? Well, to keep them seperate, plus it's much easier for accounting, tax purposes, etc.

You're lucky you never had a problem with instabill.

With me, it's always one issue after another.

1. Not sending alerts (which was the easiest problem, since it's easy to circumnavigate).

2. Approving cards and then declining them again. And then the next month shows them declining the already declined card.

3. Sending confirmed messages to clients when their cards are declined.

4. Actually charging my clients' banks when their cards are supposed to be declined.

5. The past month is filled with declined transactions (almost 90%), it borders on the suspicious.

6. Since I can't get any decent answers from instabill staff, my clients are the ones communicating with them. It's really frustrating because I don't like inconveniencing my clients.

If I only had another easier choice, I would grab it just to get the hell out of instbill.

Unfortunately I found that I couldn't avail of my very own merchant account because the banks in my country require a person to be a multi-billionaire before you can get a bank merchant account.

P.S. they're almost synonymous to Tacidhost.

I would not call them TacidHost - that's about the biggest insult you can call someone, from what I gather on another (MUCH READ) post.

I have never missed a "NEW ORDER ALERT." I check the system like a obsessed maniac, but have never seen a pending order that I did not receive the alert for.

Regards,

Which is why I said "almost" They still answer inquiries but the answers are never satisfying.

I've been with Instabill since March. Back then they were still ok. But recently their system has started to suck.

Search for other instabill users on WHT, and they will tell you they had the same experiences I had with instabill.

oh, btw, I finally got an order alert today. Now I'm just waiting for instabill to decline that order. They always decline orders.
