I haven't been able to access it all day, and my own copy of phpmanager on my server has also been down...

Did you update that conf file so it does not matter if their server is down?

It has been down the entire day.
I need to update my IP as well.
My order form is just a useless pile of crap,
until and if the phpmanager site comes back up.

I may be wrong, but I believe you still need to have
the correct IP listed, even if you have the new conf file.

You have to download it from the members area,
which no one can access.

Can someone please post the latest patch for phpmanager that fixes the problem (4.xx.ixp I think) where your site won't go down if theirs does?

Please PM/email or attach it for me, I didn't get to update it and I can't access my billing area!

Hi,

we moved servers to Dedicated Now, and its been down for 12 hours now and they have still not rebooted our server. Looks like I'm going to have to find another host again

As for the config file, post your email address and I will send you it.

Regards,

Locutus

Hi,

just heard back from them. They've basically taken my server offline and won't put it back up as they say I am scamming by taking payments off people? WTF!!! Business' do take payments off people. That doesn't mean that they scam!!

And even if an account on a server was involved in a scam, they don't take the whole bloody server down without even warning you first!!!

To anyone reading this, DedicatedNow is a complete joke. Stay away.

Anyone got any recommendations on a good server provider?

Regards,

Locutus

Ouch!

Rackshack has been great for us, the reliability has been top notch.

Locutus - sales@towerhost.com - please send that new config script asap.
