I'm new here and spent a great deal of time reading current and past posts on many hosts and while I see some praises that appear suspicious or questionable regarding basement hosts, I at the same time see posts by people who appear to be very happy with their host or others who have great info to share.

One in particualar which sticks out is Myacen.com. I did not find one negative comment which tells me a great deal considering this is a public forum. They appear to have nice plans with the ability to upgrade. They appear professional, are not a reseller, and don't use cheap $99 boxes.

What I would like to do is to hear from existing clients who could tell me why I should consider Myacen.

I think Myacen is one of the best hosts out there. They are very professional with what they do, and have excellent support (ie. you're not waiting a week just for a first responce, most of the time between 30minutes to 48 hours).

I would highly recommend going with them.

Anything in particular you wanted to know about?

Let me respond to that, accounts take 24-48 hours to process (we manually verify each order)

How about an industry peer who could tell you they would be a wise choice?

Hell, I'd use them even though we are that good. But they don't do Plesk.
