LaswaTech.com - 2 Years Review
More than 2 years now, We have been using Laswa Technologies for our helpdesk and livechat support. I would really thank their support team for their extended support last week (there was two days outage due to hardware failure)
I would rate their support A+ - special thanks to Wasim, Justin & George (You deserve it )
I have mainly chosen LaswaTech for their pricing, 24x7 coverage of helpdesk and livechat coverage.
Support Quality - 4.5 Stars
Response Time - 1 Hour for my plan - 4.3 Stars
Technical Knowledge (I am on Level 1 & L2 Plan ) - 4.5 Stars
24x7 Availablity - 5 stars (There was always a floor manager to convey my message to support team)
Overall beside stars, I am peacful and happy!!
