I have been asked to get some offers on a server to be used for Gaming Sites, so here I am!
The budget is
no more than $300 a month, and setup of

Free IP addresses* (Within ARIN's spec)

MUST BE ABLE TO RUN IRC BOUNCERS
50GB Bandwidth
* = The IP addresses MUST be delagated to client level so that users can use vhosts.
ie when using the irc bouncer it shows their address as

The server is
NOT going to be used for any illegal activities, nor is it going to be used for IRC servers.
The main aim is webhosting for Gaming Clans and also offering them IRC Bouncers mainly so they can use them to be associated with a clan on IRC.
Also, RAM upgrades etc are a ONE OFF fee ie not a monthly extra, and a contract length of 1-3 months not a year contract.
