saving a slice

hi , i have a psd file opened in photoshop and would like to save a slice (image) which I have modified.
There are many slices highlighted with blue numbers and perimitter lines.
If someone could tell me how to save just that one image to jpg I would be happy.

Use the marquee tool

1. Open your file and click on the marquee tool (the one that makes a selection - ie. dashed line)
2. Choose any visible layer in the layers menu
3. Zoom in to the point where your guides meet at 90 degrees
4. Start in that 90 where the guides meet with a square marquee and continue to highlight the entire slice.
5. go to Edit > Copy Merged
6. Open a new canvas, take the default size
7. Paste into the new canvas and save your file!

These directions are assuming that you have basic knowledge of Photoshop.
