Question

2checkout troubles?

I'm getting almost 40% of unpaid signups for my hosting services.
Some users told that there was error somewhere in the registration. I'we checked my scripts and made test signups lots of times -- it works on my side.

Has anybody got the same problems lately?

Just became suspicious about 2checkout. They had script errors a few weeks ago.

Try your scripts in a different browser.

Also, do your scripts use cookies? If so, then tell the users to make sure to turn on the accept cookies feature in their browser.

a few weeks ago I had very low sales , I became suspicious about 2checkout, I changed to another procesor, now sales are normal

I am not sure if 2CO is having problems or not. I am still using 2CO but as a secondary procesor.

Ive heard they also call your customers, that kinda turned me away.

I was using charge.com which was nice, but have now switched to paynetsystems.com. The sign up was easy and friendly, but only time will tell about true service as always.

Calling your customers is not that bad, is good, because they can verify if the order is ok or a fraud.

The thing that wories me is their system not accepting orders.

I haven't gotten order confirmations for new sales in roughly 3 days now. Makes setting up new signups a real pain in the butt.

Is there any other good processor that allows passing order parameters like total sum and more?

We are now up with paynetsystems and they have an online managment screen(its not too pretty though) that allows you to customize order forms in a matter of minutes to upload to your site, host on their network, or they allow you to design one from scratch using their guidlines.. the vertial terminal is can be configured how you want with whatever fields you want which is nice..

Im not sure about service yet, but so far their setup is the best ive seen yet.

For the past week, 80% of recurring billing involved "Failing to Bill" with 2checkout

ive never had any major problems with them

the order emails getting delayed every once in a while is a pain but other then that they are very good

payments on time, never got any chargebacks in a year
and recurring billing works fine
