Ip address issue
The issue is I can get connection to port 80 within ssh in the within the network but out of the network I can't any pointers or advice for me ?

Disabled ip tables are disabled ... The dc doesn't have hardware firewall setup I'm thinking it could be something is routed wrong or something this is one thing I'm stuck on figure I'd bounce some ideas here..

You said within the network. Did you mean locally on the machine or you can connect also from other machines on the same network?

I forgot to say its vps's connect to port 80 within the didicated server but anything out side can't ..

So it is a VPS to which you can connect from the host but from nowhere else?

(Sorry about the confusion) From the dedicated server I can connect to the vps server via port 80 but if I try to connect to port 80 from different server other then the dedicated I can't..

Can you generally reach the virtual machine from other machines (SSH, ping, other services)?

Correct. Gosh this is duzzing to think about it since everything points towards firewall

If you can access it from outside the host but not from outside the network I would say it strongly points towards a firewall or possibly incorrect network settings in the virtual machine (depending how it is set up).
Can you leave the network from the virtual machine?

That would make me believe the network is properly set up and there really is somewhere a firewall playing tricks on you.
