How to Recover the charged amount from MaxCDN?

I'm Arun - Admin of Lensfire website

    On 13-3-2012 I bought MaxCDN a/c.

I was fooled that day. I got an email that I can try MaxCDN with 1cent.

I registered an a/c on the last day of that offer. I paid through Axis bank debit card from India.

Once I completed the payment cycle I received confirmation of "Payment for 39.95$"

    I asked MaxCDN support.

They said "the time is over"
I said "No today is last day"
They said "You're from different time base +0530"
    See my bad luck!

    And today 19-3-2013
I'm charged (Axis bank debit card) 59.95$ twice i.e.119.90$ without my consent.

While buying prior, I chose one-time billing cycle. which means there will not be automatic recurring.

But today my debit card was charged automatically. Another shock is that only today I know Debit cards too can be charged without the owners consent.

Now please advice me, how can I recover the money? Because 119.90$ is a huge amount for me.

    Note:
I'm not using the bandwidth too. But it shows a daily usage of 6MB like..
Also I bought 1TB bandwidth in the beginning, but now it got automatically recharged to 2TB. I don't know the reason why?

Since you've signed up with them with your consent, the best way would be to speak and report to them about the incident. You may even go through their TOS and see if there's a clause that can help you ask for a money back.

Sounds like you should have read the page where it told you how much you were being charged.

Quit pretending it's not 100% your fault.

When the amount charged says "$39.95", it means it.

Also, this should be removed from WHT as it could possibly lead someone to believe that they may experience this. Anyone who can read, wouldn't.
