I don't know what kind of prices they offer lately, but they are a great company.

FDC is good, but I am experiencing a lack of communication with them lately. I don't know what the problem is but they just won't answer any email other then Sales emails and Reboot emails.

Uptime is good though.

They are using Internap bandwidth so the speed is great.

Prices are also very affordable for the quality of bandwidth.

Just got news from Petr that they are in the process of switching to a ticket system which should help response time.

Indeed, we have been in touch with sales repeatedly, but that hasn't helped much. Our server was up for about 2 days, and then down for almost 6. FDCservers.net may have technical support, but from what they've shown me it sure isn't very supportive.

Have you looked at www.peak-10.com? I have heard some good things about them and will be considering them along with some others soon.
