Webalizer question on raq 550

*If this has already been addressed, please for give me. I did a search, but could not find anything.*

I recently had Webalizer installed on my Raq 550 about a month ago. For some reason, it is working find for all of the domains on the server execpt for the main domain.

When it was installed, Webalizer gave me stats for the other domains from previous months, but not for the main domain. The stats begain from the day it was installed.

I am not so concern about the about issues, but here is what really bothers me.

I can get daily stats reports for the other domains everyday, but on my main or (master) domain, if will sometimes provide no stats for a particular day and it really makes me mad. I do a report for the month, but it is mo accurate because some of the days have not been reported.

What can I do to correct this? Please help.

BTW - I am not a techy, so please speak break it down for a 3 year old.

Thanks in advance.

Amazing!

I simply asked a honest question about a problem I am having and most of you have jokes.

If you don't have the answer or refuse to help, them maybe you shouldn't even bother to reply.

Now again I ask...Can anyone offer any suggestions?

You mean Jigawatts (jigga who?)

And the only reason I made that comment was because no1 had an answer, and you waited one day then posted "Whoa Now..." So I figured that we might look back into the future?

I am sorry, I have never ran into the problem. Perhaps you might want to talk to whomever made the webalizer pkg.
