Os Commerce, adding a language problems...

I have a customer that wants to use Icelandic in OS Commerce. Could someone please explain how this is done, I have looked in the program and it says you need language data.

How would I find this? Or does anyone know where I could purchase this or find someone to hire to do it for him.
