I am thinking of make a very nice help desk, but would anyone be interested in it? It would be $20 to buy a lisence, the features that it would have, (this is like only 25% of them)

Add Ticket.
View Tickets.
Edit Tickets.
Password Protection (uses MD5).
Edit Information.
E-mail Support.
View News.
View Faq.

Admin:
Edit Ticket.
View New Ticket.
Delete Ticket.
Reply To Ticket.
Password Protection.
Edit Config.
Add News
Edit News
Delete News
Add Faq
Edit Faq
Delete Faq

And alot more, (lol still thinking)

Why is this one soo special? because it is sooooooo easy to change templates, it is WAY cheaper, Support for more then 1 language...

I have no screen shots because i want to know if anyone would be interested...

I think $20 is too low for a decent script. People willing to pay for a helpdesk will think it's a bad product because it's so cheap. Other other people just want everything for free. $40 is a reasonable price, but I think it can even be higher if you have a quality product.

I'm making a helpdesk with most of the features you mentioned. It will be OS until version 1.0. One special feature is an advanced email handeling system.
