I am thinking of make a very nice help desk, but would anyone be interested in it? It would be $20 to buy a lisence, the features that it would have, (this is like only 25% of them)

Why is this one soo special? because it is sooooooo easy to change templates, it is WAY cheaper, Support for more then 1 language...
I have no screen shots because i want to know if anyone would be interested...
