Need a new host with these requirements
I need a host. I'm looking for recommendations, people who use the hosts and like them. I need 100-200mb of space, CGI, PHP with 3 MySQL databases, and will host at least two domains on one account. Price doens't matter as long as its not TOO steep. I would also like a host that will let me take care of the billing manually, NOT auto billing. I dislike auto billing....any recommendations?

You'll find that some hosting providers will say that for the sole purpose of getting you to post in the snake pit so that they can make offers. Take that for what it is worth.
Auto-billing aside, you may want to take a look at these providers and see if they have any plans that fit your requirements. (I haven't checked each site for specifics but they are all decent companies)

I would guess that Willow wants a host that sends an invoice every period, but to make a payment, the client has to take action. Correct, Willow?

That's correct. You put it in better words than I could It may be just me, but I feel safer when I can do it by myself, and that's the way I'd prefer it.
