Well, wherever he's got his site, it's time to move. It's been going down on nearly a daily basis for some time now...
I think he said Burst.

somethign is not right. It been down for more than 2 days now. And Burst haven't fix it for him? hard to believe his excuse.

They seem to be up at this point... but then I didn't really notice that things were down.

They boucned around for a while but have been up for some time now.

yes, that is correct. Our server has been down for the grand total of 20 hours, and only now has Burst fixed it for us.

we are looking at more reliable providers as I speak.
