Heads up on bad client

Just wanted to give evryone a heads up on a bad client. He recetly posted false remarks about Digital host, the thread was deleted but he continues to harrass my company as well as others from what I have heard. His name and other details are listed below.

***Edited out, personal info was given and Should not have been My bad***

He constantly harrasses myself and my company VIA AIM, and his account here has recently been disabled(WarriorDude I think) This is his second account his first was banned.

Hope this helps you avoid what happened and is still happening to me. For an example of his work/bad deeds check this thread:

Looks like a load of fun....

Well, you are definitely better off without him Lippy.

Thanks for the warning

Not to sound rude, but if you had known any better you would have consulted your lawyer before signing on the 13 year old as a customer.

You're in the wrong 100% while that kid is too, you should have known better. Your defense could have easily been taken as manipulation of this kid's mind.

Best of luck to you with that..

Why did you give him a free account?
Why did you give him support?
Why didn't you kick him out at the first sign of disrespect?

Either you're really nice guys, or I'm missing something here...

Not very professional Lippy. You posted a domain, name and age in a public forum. Shame on you.

I am familiar with that thread but there are limits from a business side.

You've already violated the guys privacy rights as per COPPA. No need to get a lawyer involved at this point. Just call it a day.
