Bandwidth Utilization - Help...

Hey Guys,

I'm just doing some research. I wanted to know what some of the members on this board are pushing in terms of bandwidth utilization.

It would help for my report if I can get the "topic of your site" and how much bandwidth you use, if you guys have charts of "rate usage - rackshack customers" that would be great! Also state if you are a single site or web host reseller with many sites underneath you. Also Virtual or Dedicated

This will be greatly appreciated!! Just to let you know, I am doing 9.5gb per month with my site, because its flash and mp3 download oriented It's a single DJ site, + I am on virtual host.

Thanks!!

One site I run pushed about 24 gigs last month on a virtual account. It's a private "hobby" site that has many image galleries (though optimized and not large) along with a member forum. Most downloads are kept on free servers. I've actually removed lots of content in the past to keep bandwith in check.

Frankly I doubt polls on here is ever accurate :X

for a DJ site, 10GB is relatively low transfer rates ....

I am pushing about 140 to 170gb a month on 1 site. Basically, I am using a dedicated server which serves as a business site and a download point to download our developed shareware. It is actually not alot considering the business I am in.
