Hi,

I'm not sure it is whmcs's issue,or the addon I ask them to help me code.

Because I want to let all the domain use my own default contact to register domain,

Include registrar,billing,admin and tech,so,I ask them help me code a script,

When my whmcs register domain,

The script will send my personal data (all on the script) as whois data to register,

Monthly ago,when client register .org domain,

It will fail,even I login whmcs area to register the domain manually,

All show the the error,


I try to contact whmcs over two months,

But they never tell me why it is and how to fix it,I know they are busy.

So,I post here to hope any expert to help me,

I wonder if the message means there is certain contact value loses when my whmcs passing to enom.com ?

Or what does it mean ?

The best I could do with Google was find that the error code "2308" meant

The domain is not in a status at the current provider that will allow transfer. You will need to contact your current provider to unblock the domain.

Sounds like the domain is locked?

Hi,yes,i google many articles and i do not need what does it mean.but im sure those domains are not been registered,still active. thanx

I would guess it is in the custom module. Sounds like it is not passing one or more fields or passing incorrect data.

What version of WHMCS and what Registrar?

Many of the Registrar modules already have the ability to use either the customer's details or custom details for all contact info.

Go to Setup -> Products -> Domain Registrars
Select the Registrar you are using
Click on the Other Settings tab

1. i use enom to register .org
2. i use the most new version 5.1.2
3. i check the configure of enom,i do not find the Other Settings tab,can you please temm me more detail ?

Hi,

at the domain tab,it shows "Default Billing/Admin/Tech Contact Details",
and you will find whois include 4 part,include another "owner",
that is why i need the addon to let my whncs send all the 4 contact as one the same copy.
