We are looking for a script preferably PHP that will do operate like so:-
(1) User chooses to sign up for a free E-Mail account e.g.
USERNAME@OURDOMAIN.COM.
(2) We have Cpanel so the pop3 email account is added with let’s say 10MB space.
(3) The user is sent email confirmation and can then access their e-mail control panel, something like Neomail.
Put basically it needs to work like Hotmail.
Is that at all possible.

PS. We may want to modify it so if possible it needs to be a GLP license.
