Can you guys please help me?

This site has stolen images and content from us...

Ripper :

Our site :

Enjoy. For something at small I wouldn't go through the hassle of suing the guy, only if he's a serious competitor or he rips more of your images.

I agree, I bet he is just playing around or something, but he even has some images linked from our server... For example that bullet on his hosting page..

Who needs a lawyer with someone that idiotic? A simple form cease and desist letter you can pick up anywhere on the Internet will work fine.

Looking at this guy's site, he couldn't give you a dime even if you got a million dollar settlement. A lawyer in cases like this is only a waste of money. Just let him know he's nabbed and if he gives you any slack, get his plug pulled.

The problem is that this guy has no contact information the website itself... I have emailed various addresses at his domain but I am not sure they even exist... On the whois it has a hotmail address which I am not sure is valid since the guy has not responded...

Anytime that you send out anything formal to anyone, always use a program like Outlook and use the "Request a delivery receipt for this message" and "Request a read receipt for this message".

You can find it under Options menu which is beside the flagging options in Outlook.

Sorry to hear about this, you can fight back.....

I had this happen to me, just a few days ago! I went through the IP block owner to get them to remove the material. The webmaster or Host would not respond!!

See this thread for a "cease & desist letter" and other information.
