    CPU Load Question (noob)

I have an OpenVN VPS with 4 virtual cores.

I don't know how to read the above information, am I using very little or a lot of CPU load?

Also, when I run the top command, cpu load is around 10-15%. Am I allowed to use the full 100% on my VPS?

    Thanks

10 to 15% load is normal CPU load. You can use up to 100% CPU load of your VPS but it will decrease the performance and also you will start receiving emails from your VPS provider to reduce the load. VPS running with 100% CPU load is a terrible situation.

You can try to ask the hosting company staff or Just see their tos.
Did it a equal share cpu? If yes you can't use full 100 percent cpu usage

Looks like you are using about 1/2 of 1 core of your 4 cores. Means you would be right around 20% usage.

That seems normal and nothing out of the ordinary.
