RN webdesign and hosting and MXHub

I am looking for a web host thats:
fast and reliable
at least 25-50 MB
my own cgi-bin (my own scripts)
Perl, python
SSI directives (exec too)
telnet shell access if possible
less than $5.00/month

I basically have narrowed it down to
RN Webdesign and Hosting
MXHub

I've heard nothing but good things about MXHub, but they are in the uk, or singapore so they are slow.
RN Webdesign LOOKS good, but I've heard REALLY good things, but REALLY bad things too.
so I dont know.
Does anyone know any more info on this info or know of any other places?

Funny how people claim to hear "nothing but good things" about a host and then come to a place that a simple ->Search!<- will show whole lot of the opposite of "good things" about the particular host!

sorry, I mean I read hostsearch and it had nothing but good reviews.
I read some stuff here about mxhub but was confused about how there is some 19 year old.
I could not search for rn webdesign, because the search form says rn is too short

You might also want to actually go to the host's site and look at it. Right on the RN Web Design site it says: "RN has currently ceased offering web hosting to new clients."

Yeah, visiting the website is usually something you wanna do first, but I can understand if you are going just by the Web Hosting Directories.
