Hello!

Recently, my hosting company has grown to a point where it is requiring a significant portion of my time. I also have other commitments which have grown as well. Unfortunately, it's time for me to let something go, and so I'm considering the sale of my company. I'm including some basic information, and for more information an NDA will be required.

I offer Shared, Reseller, and VPS services.

Current gross revenue is over $7k. About 25% of that is on an annual renewal basis. Of the annual renewals, 75% of it will renew over the next two months. So, you won't have to wait long to see results from those clients.

I own four physical servers, and they are colocated.

I'm looking to sell the entire operation, but I am willing to consider selling things separately, but it isn't preferred. I'm looking to get around $12,000 for the entire business.
