A live link in your post would help get reviews.

Comments are from looking at your welcome page only.

One of the first things that came up as it was loading was the big blue live support box that said (when I visited anyway): "Live Support Not Available". It's a very negative phrase and it almost sounds like live support is something you don't offer (we know it means otherwise but just the connotation makes it negative). Maybe reword it or reduce the size of the text.

Maybe get rid of the serious guy with the mullet (his hairstyle I'm talking about - might be an aussie thing ) and increase the size of the "make your best first impression" text (although I'm not too sure about the tagline ... could be improved IMO).

I guess I'm struggling with a focal point. I want to read the white text next to mullet man but the bold text above ("premade banners for...") fights for attention, as does the big blue live support box and the animated banner samples below.

Other than that, the banners look great by the way. As do the prices!

Hope that helps,

Victor

My opinion:

- colour scheme: good
- navigation: easy to navigate

- i would place that live support button somewhere else. IF it's not available it could make a bad impression.

- overall: good design, attractive, well done.

i dont like the red colour on top about how you wont resell the skin. red should be used for emergency communique, not for highlights. how about bright blue to blend and i guess, "cohese" the site?

i HATE all those ads under neath. I dont do business with companies like that. I know thats what youre providing, its just a real turnoff.
