Are you asking if any registrars accept PayPal? There are a couple.
Or are you asking if any hosts accept PayPal? There are several. Some don't advertise it; so you might want to ask any that you are particularly interested in.

They will get your domain registered right away @ $9.99
Ive used them for some personal domains and had no problems.
