I'm here to sell CronicHosts, a rather small Virtual Services company with over 100 Clients. It's been a great experience running CronicHosts, but I've got a full-time job now, therefore I cannot resume it.

As you can see, the Income is fairly decent.

We have 132 Clients, and 69% are active. Cronic is based on Virtual Services. We have 6 Dedicated Servers, which are full.

The monthly expenditure for Cronic, is about £550.

I've worked hard on editing the Template for Cronic, It's got it's own unique logo and I've intergated it with WHMCS.

We have about 50-60 VPS Clients. We offer a free Webhosting service, so several people have took attention to that, although I only introduced it about a week ago.

Could you please provide a breakdown of your 5 servers specs. Who are these 5 servers with currently and any contracts?

Does your 550 in expenses include all your windows licenses also? Do you have an SPLA agreement?

These are all Windows VPS ?
What Virtualisation Technology are you using ?
How many on each of the Bronze/Silver/Gold plans ?

Any domains sold to clients ? How many ? Which registrars ?

How many IP Addresses in use ?

Are the creation of new servers, reboot, reinstalls all automated - if so with what module ?

How much transfer used in total (as the VPS appear to be "unmetered") ?

Anyone on the paid-for Shared Hosting ?

Be careful buying this company, his expenses does not include the 6 server 2008 DC licenses. From my math it is operating at a loss once the 180 day trial licenses expire.

How many on each of the Bronze/Silver/Gold plans?

Copper 512MB = 4 (This is now a hidden package)

Bronze 1024MB = 23

Silver 2048MB = 10

Gold = 3072MB = 2 (This has been introduced recently)

Platinum = 4096MB = 13

Ruby = 8192MB = 3 (Also Hidden product)

Any domains sold to clients?

2, both on NameCheap.com

How many IP Addresses in use?

We have exactly 80 IP Addresses, but not all of them are in use. I'm not certain how many are sorry.

Where are the servers and specs?

Servers are from OVH, Hosted around France like Lyon, Paris, Roubaix etc.

5 Servers are 24GB RAM, 2TB HDD, 1 Server is 32GB RAM, 2x 2TB - SATA2.

Management Status?

About 5-6 people have this service as far as I'm aware.

Management for Servers

No, We had plans to introduce management for servers such as Websitepanel but never got around to it.

Shared Hosting

Unfortunatly not, I've not really advertised the Webhosting etc.. But nobody has purchased paid hosting, no.

How much transfer used?

Monthly traffic: 15.00 TiB per month
Remaining this month: 14.91 TiB

I really need to sell this, I'm still getting 2-3 orders a day, and I'm really struggling to fit them on these servers now, and I don't want to purchase a new one... Anyone interested in a quick sale?
