This is true, unfortunately the lack of information in your post as well as the small numbers, off the bat sounds like a high risk. SSL, Template is not really a asset of any value though it sounds like the domain perhaps does, having a billing system further does not raise much value either.. its like buying a gas station with the cash register included.
With 64 clients the risk of renewal is very high during a sale not to mention that they are paid up yearly, so that is more cost for the new owner to carry.
The lack of details provided in your post is leaving the slim offers.

DD is required and its not as simple as selling assets with no DD.
