I am using whmcs so my suggestion is WHMCS
But
some like hostbill as well or clientexec!
All these are paid billing systems, you can go with a freeware as well like boxbilling

Look at the security, stability and features side of it then decide :-)

You can't go wrong with WHMCS

WHMCS is probably the most popular out there and a lot of customers are accustomed to using it. It comes with a substantial add-on arsenal too that might come in handy. I really appreciate the community, good and useful information on WHMCS is not hard to find.

WHMCS is probably ideal for the unskilled.

WHMCS is a great billing platform to start with. If you're new to the reseller industry (which judging by your original post I assume you are) WHMCS features are very easy to configure, everything from the automated billing to automated domain registration. And if you go with WHMCS they have very helpful documentation and support on their site.

WHMCS without a doubt. It is the most broadly used.

I've used ClientExec and WHMCS, I still use WHMCS. It is way more powerful and much easier to use.

While whmcs has been a defacto industry standard, I have always liked blesta a bit more. How ever, the company I currently work for actually uses whmcs for frontend while good old ubersmith for internal management.

WHMCS is best here, however I also suggest you HostBill, because its features are very great with live chat installed.

I prefer WHMCS. Never had a problem with it and you can find a lot of people who know about it so you can get help setting things up. Same goes for Clientexec but personally i prefer WHMCS.
