Looking to work exclusively with a SEM / SEO consultant to create a camapign for our web hosting for a period of around 3 months. We cannot allocate any budget currently, although we may offer 60% of all the profit done through new user registrations during the campaign with the following scheme:
Campaign Length: 3 Months
First 3 months - 60% share of all the subscriptions done through the period of the campaign
4 month - 6 month - 30% share of all the subscriptions done through the period of the campaign
7 month - 1 year - 10% share of all th esubscriptions done through the period of the campaign
Example 1:
The campaign take place October through December 2012.
A customer signs in December for a monthly service that costs $10.
The consultatnt will get 3 * 10 * 0.6 + 3 * 10 * 0.3 + 3 * 10 * 0.1 = a total of $33 during the next 1 year.
Example 2:
The campaign take place October through December 2012.
Through the period of October - December a total of 1000 customers buy services with average monthly cost of $3.5.
The consultant will get $11550 during the period of the next year.
We are open to negotiate the above terms.
We may want to extend the campaign after the first 3 months.
