Hi,
I am considering selling my clients to the right buyer. We have $6899 per year in revenue. Have been around for about 7 years.
All shared hosting
1 dedicated/vps server client
All on cpanel so a migration to your servers would most likely be smooth

How many domains registered for clients ?
What support/management/billing systems ?
How many IP addresses in use ?
Do you have root access to the cpanel server ?

Please can you break down how much each client pays and whether its monthly/yearly etc along with their next payment date.
Please outline the packages in use and the actual values for diskspace and bandwidth usage across the server.

You say all shared , so to clarify, no reseller of any kind ?
Can you confirm the dedicated/vps client - which are they - dedicated or virtual ?
