Do you run your own network?
Yes, we run our own BGP network with our own equipments. we have
Comcast, NTT, Global Crossing, TiNet, Qwest, HE, Cogent and many private peerings in our upstreams.
We also provide TCP acceleration service for free upon request!
How good is your DDoS protection?
Our network and mitigation cluster are setup to do line rate filtering against all types of attacks up to Layer 7, including but not limited to these type of network attacks: SYN, ACK, ICMP, UDP, Fragments, DNS Query Flood, HTTP GET Floods.
Advanced Layer 7 filtering is available but not limit to these type of services
TCP: HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, FTP, POP3, SMTP, SSL/TLS, MSTS, Camfrog, Game service, DNS service
UDP: Chatroom/Voicechat Service, DNS Service
We don't use ACLs on routers, our mitigation cluster actually filters bad traffic and protects all services and ports,
filtering almost all types of attacks automatically within 2 seconds without human intervention.
Do you limit PPS?
No, we don't! Our system is designed to do line rate filtering, even for spoofed SYN/ACK/UDP/ICMP/FRAG attacks!
Do you limit the domains to be protected?
No, we don't!
What happen if the attack my IP receiving is higher than my protection plan?
Our system will automatically null route the IP for couple minutes, and the null route will be removed automatically after the timer expires.
We also allow burst over the protection plan up to 10Gbps.
Do you provide bandwidth graphs, stats and logs related to attacks?
Yes, customers have monitoring pages that they can view bandwidth usage, TCP usage and attack logs in real time.
