There must be having some trouble because I can't login to their portal. And not sure if it's related yet, but our server with them is having the same problem.

My server was down at approx 3am Eastern & I received this response "It looks like apache was stopped, we've had some load spikes on the host machine which were likely the cause of this." I also had a slow connection to the portal & my site about 1.5 hours ago.

They're probably dealing with layer-4 attacks.. could be why their Apache was stopped.

I see their web site is not down for me. So maybe that was temporary problem
