Cpanel & Emails

I am having a problem with sending emails as it looks
that the c0ldhost IP is banned via spamcop.com on
numerous servers. I'd like to know what I can do in
order to do business and contact my customers as I'm
having multiple emails returned due to this issue.

I've included a portion of two emails I've received
within the last day...

-----------------------------------------
This message was created automatically by mail
delivery software (Exim).

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one
or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following
address(es) failed:

xxxxx@mc-online.net
SMTP error from remote mailer after initial
connection:
host email.pinehurst.net [65.162.17.3]: 550 This
system is configured to reject mail from 66.246.43.102
[66.246.43.102] (Host blacklisted - Found on Realtime
Black List server 'bl.spamcop.net')
----------------------------------------

Thank you
Mike

You should flush the spammer out of your system first, and then go to Spamcop and prove to them that you have done whats neccesary.

Here you go... take a look at the Spamcop black list... it has samples of the spam that came from your server...

http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=ch...66.246.43.102+

That should give you a bit to work on.

No probs.

You might also want to install MailMon on your server to limit people abusing sendmail and tell you who is sending out mass emails.

Good luck.
