Individual SEO/SEM guru wanted

Web Hosting company looking to hire an individual to do some SEO, SEM work for us such as link building, onsite SEO and eventually ad campaign management

My budget is $50 per month paid via Paypal. I already hired one company to do link building and wasted $50 on poorly written articles which contained multiple errors. So I would like to find someone who would be able to provide at least two verifiable work references because I do not want to waste any more of my time

If interested PM me here
Thank you

hmm $50 a month is a bit low I suppose? A real SEO expert will charge you by the hour, and by the hundreds You should up the budget when looking to outsource, otherwise learn the skill yourself, it always good to broaden your knowledge on something. SEO is pretty simple. Do it right, and Google will like you, try to trick and it will get back at you. Just do the right thing and everything will fall into place.

WHT is a good place for link building, have your sig link back to your website. That is a precious link.

Try Fiverr, It's quite sad what people are willing to do for 5$ these days. I got 10k verified Backlinks for 5$ lol.

Yes I know $50 is a small amount per month but the way I look at it is that the average person I see if offering to write an article for around 5cents a word so say I need someone to write one 500 word article that would only cost me $25 then I am also paying $25 to have this same person spend some time posting it around the web. So that is how I am coming up with my idea for how my budget works out.

I understand this is a small amount of money to offer but at the same time for a student or someone who is just starting out and wants to build up a portfolio/references while also getting a small income coming in I feel this would be a good position

look, you have to think like this. Skilled people already have money (THEY USE THEIR SKILLS) unskilled people need money and will work for almost nothing.

Look, there is always exceptions to the rules of "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR".

For 50 a month, you are better off learning yourself and just buying 50 dollars in links, TRUST ME. I am a 10 year SEO and I would charge like 200 an hour. I just happen to be on this site, looking for a CRAPPY domain for one of my clients. ALSO, this is a web HOSTING site, not an SEO site. So you worry me, but I am guessing you are new and young, or not well thought out yet. Given your low expectations, atleast they are on par. But... we were all new once.

You get what you pat for. You may be better researching some bad ass SEO coaching things. or again... buying links. but 50 a month, is like.. nothing man, for a skilled SEO dude. Sorry

Good luck :)

Good luck though. A ton of people are willing to help give you advice. I hope that didnt come off rude. Also, now a days with google. Some good advice is... make a good site (good content) organical original content and some back links that are solid. Not much to it. getting THOSE THINGS, is the hard part. But the SEO knowledge these days.. (for a begging like you) should be basic. Do a solid site and dont try to trick google, unless you have like 100 different sites and are testing, etc.

Good luck

Thanks for the suggestion namesean

Although I am not young and by no means new to running a website. My issue is article writing is not my thing (I'm a programmer). Which is why I am looking for an article writer. However I understand the difference between the cost of a seasoned SEO professional vs an individual who is just getting into the field and looking to buildup his/her portfolio/resume

which is who this position is ideal for, someone new to the field possible a student majoring in journalism

Anyway thank you again for your suggestions :-)
