The ZenPad was a disappointing tablet, it was found to be runnign badly outdated software (1.5 Cupcake) in a time where Froyo(2.0) was being phased out for Gingerbread(2.3). The device manufacturer only managed to ship a few review units and took a lot of pre-orders. At the time this tablet was launched, most tablets costed around $500 so $200 was a bargain, even with the disappointing reviews.
The manufacturer ENSO missed nearly every shipping date and scammed several people out of money. Eventually most were refunded. The tablet was then provided to wholesale retailers and many were sold in swap meets and other low end stores. I hear you can get them for around $70 now on eBay however due to the lack of horsepower, it wont run most modern applications.
