I am looking for someone to acquire 38 (give or take one or two) VPS clients. I have some strict guidelines that must be met if you are interested, so let's cover those first.
1. You must be U.S. based and your support must be U.S. based.
2. You must have an excellent working knowledge of OpenVZ and DirectAdmin.
3. Your company must have been in business for at least two years, with no negative reviews in the last six months.
4. You must keep these clients on their current servers for at least 90 days. If you wish to move them after 90 days, you must ask them first (with a 30 day notice) and give them the option of finding another host.
5. You must not be a reseller. Meaning you must own/rent your own servers and know how to manage them.
Now for the client details:
NOTE: These are all long term clients. Most have been with me for 2+ years.
17 monthly clients, ranging in monthly payments from $10 to $49.99 --

21 yearly clients, ranging in yearly payments from $19.95 to $198.95 --

About 50% of the clients are fully managed and almost 100% of them have DirectAdmin installed. The DirectAdmin licenses are free from Datashack.
While they are fully managed, you will see less than five tickets per week.
They pay via PayPal (no subscriptions) or credit card (I use Stripe, but have used 2checkout in the past).

And 90% of the usage that is on these nodes is coming from my own containers or clients who will not be included in this sale (but will be migrated to another one of my servers).
The servers run BoxCtrl-VZ, a custom control panel I created. You may continue to use it or you can uninstall it and replace it with whatever you like.
Like I said, you must keep the clients on these servers, as most of them have told me they do not wish to migrate. Plus, moving them would require you to purchase DirectAdmin licenses and manually update all of the fully managed clients systems.
Asking price and other details ($1,500):
If you meet all of the guidelines at the top of the post, and I approve you, the asking price is only $1,500 total (unless someone offers more). If you run what I consider to be an excellent host with a great reputation, the price might be lowered. This price includes free support to the clients for the first 30 days after the sale. If it's not already obvious, I'm more concerned with transferring them to a good company who knows what they are doing, than I am with making a profit.
I'm selling these clients because my support guy (I only have one) has decided to start his own business and will no longer be able to provide these clients with support. And I recently took on some major contract work with a few different companies and won't be able to watch over these clients like I would need to (I already have hundreds of shared clients I have to deal with).
