We are looking to sell our reputable and VERY easy to managed dedicated server business near Amsterdam. We have a single rack at EVO SWITCH with 2 customers and 12 servers. Both customers have been with us for well over a year. Both are VERY stable and pay on time.
REVENUE is $8,277.00 USD per month ($99,324.00 per year - stable, not fluctuating)
EXPENSES are $2,600.00 USD per month ($31,200.00 per year - stable, based on EURO conversion rate - actual is $2073 EUROs per month)
The difference is pure profit for a total of $68,124.00 USD per year.
There is virtually zero support. Since January, we have spent 2 hours on server maintenance. That's it! The customers take care of every aspect of their machine from the operating system on up. We only make sure the machines are online and accessible to the customers at all times.
The 12 servers are all Dell PowerEdge and less than 2 years old, they have dual PSUs, redundant RAID disks on hardware RAID controllers and out-of-band DRACs. ALL are still under full Dell Support (most until 2014) with next-business-day onsite service, all warranties we will transfer. We also have a Dell PowerConnect 5448 switch (also under support) and two APC AP7822 PDUs delivering A&B power to each server. We also have a few spare parts in the cabinet, including hard drives, network cables etc. All of this equipment was purchased for over $65,000 USD new inclusive of the premium support plans from Dell.
We're looking for $120k USD for everything described here (12x monthly profit plus equipment less a little depreciation)

We can sell immediately, although we're not in a huge rush since it is very low maintenance and generates cash. It just doesn't fit our business model which is primarily US based, so we're looking to divest of non-US footprint. That's the only reason.
