Need short duration - limited tickets end user support


I'd like to find an end user support plan for a managed CPanel VPS for intermittent short periods of time ( a couple days up to a couple weeks, maybe 20 tickets max).

Helpdesk provider would only be notified for critical failures - server down or website defaced - and would forward appropriate messages to the fully managed VPS provider for action, as an approved delegate for service under their management plan. Thus responses would need to be prompt but a level1-level2 tech should be able to handle them.

Are there any providers that can meet this need? The support packages I see are for a larger number of tickets and a longer subscription period; also see a couple CPanel management companies with monthly fees almost low enough to take out one-month plans whenever I need them, but they don't offer end support... Thanks!

Perhaps contact you hosting provider. For a small fee or something short term they may be able to work something out for you. Is it something on going or a one time thing?

There are many companies which does end user support without any contract, i.e you can cancel with them with just 2-3 days of notice. Please have a look at WIKI and you can know them.

How about those that provide 'per-ticket' basis?
Anyway, even those providers that offers larger number of tickets (like xxx max per month), I believe they are very flexible according to the requirement of the client. So why not drop them an email. You'll never know.
