Hi,
I would just like to check soemthing with the mods, after sending a private message, regarding this company, the OP says he is closing the offer in around three months, and that he/she is taking all offers via pm, but if im not mistaken do the offers not have to be public, i would like to place an offer, but without knowing what the highest offer is, it would be pretty pointless, im not 100% sure, ill will read through the rules now, but please could i mod just confirm?

A small correction:
The offers will be gathered until the end of this week. The sale can take place within the next three months depending on buyer readiness.

Not entirely. I own a percentage of shares along with a customer of ours but I am arranging for the sale as a total.

Is your "customer" allowed to come here to confirm? or does he/she wish to remain anonymous?
IM just asking, because im interested in buying this company out right, but i want to be 100% sure everything is okay...
I have recieved a few messages from you, but without knowing what the highest bid is, i feel im unable to place an offer...

As stated I partially own the company, along with one of our customers that has the rest of the shares. We will not disclose any competitor bids as we believe it is unethical as already stated.
The sale offering will remain open until Friday 29/6/2012.
The server is located in the UK.

He does not even have an account here. Although, as a co-signer of the sale it is impossible for him to remain anonymous even if he wanted to, to the buyer.
