1. All accounts are shared
2. Monthly costs are $60 Including whmcs (Server is not included in the sale. You must move the accounts to your own server)
3. Selling because I just dont have the time or experience to market the site effectively.
Ive owned the domain from new.

The oldest has been 2 years, from the beginning. But it wont show in whmcs due to a reinstallaton.
Oldest going on records is around 3 or 4 months i think.
Technically, yes i am "40 in the hole" But the server is used for most of my domains. Hence the server isnt included in the sale.

do you have root access to the server ?
what plan(s) are the 9 clients on ?
could we get access to WHMCS after acquistion to extract the client and account data ?

Yes i do have root access
there are 7 starters and 1 professional
the annually is a registered domain paid annually. Currently held in Godaddy.
It will pushed to the buyer to maintain.
you will get access to whmcs & whm to move client data & sites to your own server.

1 Domain sold, which is reg'd in godaddy
The professional plan was on the old design, but it was then later removed.
also forgot to mention, the hostname https://server.webhostfor.me:2087/
has a valid SSL certificate.
The professional plan is 8GB diskspace and 80GB BW and is priced at $7.99

I dont think they'll mind.
As along you move everything and all they have to do is change the nameservers, i suppose they'll be fine.
These clients know what theyre doing, havent had an open ticket in a while.
Any decent server will do the job.
I must say, one of the clients is hosting an adult website. But none of the media is hosted/streamed on the server.
Ive been auditing the site for a while now and im confident its not hosting/promoting anything illegal.
