Well budget will be like: at max 20USD per month. I would prefer having a reseller package because these shared packages with their "unlimited" kinda annoys me. I'll be running vbulletin or other similar forum and wordpress and drupal and a picture gallery.
I'll have 2 domains.

Do you have a preference for the server location?

I've looked at crocweb and eleven2. But crocweb has no good or bad reviews and eleven2 has a ton of bad reviews and the same ammount of good reviews.

At that type of budget you should be able to find something to fit your needs. A shared package you should find no problem. Reseller package give you a bit more control and you should still be fine on your budget.

I mean as I want a good company.
There isnt much good companies that I can find on the advertising forums(coupons). Most of the ones there are unknown names for me.
So is croc web good?

I'm not hosted in other places.

You probably dont need a reseller account, and it would probably be better on the budget.
I have no working experience with Croc Web, they are in Canada I think. I don't recall any recent reviews of them which could be a great sign that all is well. Give them a go perhaps.

CrocWeb is active on the forums here, I'm pretty sure they have a coupon code that you could use as well. I don't recall any bad reviews, which is a good sign! I agree with the poster above me, you might not need a reseller account for just having two domain names. You can get a shared plan with plenty of resources without having to pay for the reseller extras which you might not need.

I've seen crocweb recommended a few times on WHT before. Not really seen anything bad about them.
Eleven2 has a 90 percent off promo for their shared packages and while ive heard someba, i have heard quite of bit of goodas well.

Agree, there is no much threads about crocweb, but having bad and good feedbacks is making eleven2 more famous ...
at the same time, new hosts sometime offer more resources, as they are new in the market and need customers...
still, most of the hosts provide 30-45 Days MoneyBack, so why not give a try...

What's your number of visitor targeted per day? The number of visitor is very important thing to decide bandwidth capacity in future if your site growing well.

I just like the feeling that I control my junk(kinda like a cheap managed vps)
I have 2 domains and 5 on standby that I was lazy to direct to something.(I just got it cause there was a semi sale on name)
----
I wouldn't say target. But in relation to my other forums I run it can reach around 250 members on at one moment.(Very rare) but it averages around 20-50 members not at once but through out the day.
---
The ify part about eleven2 is that it's 50/50 on the good to bad review ratio.
---
And to the shared thingy. Most shared hosts I've ran to have a max memory limit of 50m or 60m even asking for more. VB and IPB needs at least 100m.
---
And to the domains part.... this is the first time I'll use multiple domains on a single plan. I just only use 1 related domain to a single host just because if the main host dies. Every domain doesn't die.(die = server fails)

You may enjoy a reseller plan then. As to the single point of failure comment, if the server goes down then indeed everything is offline. You could improve *some* redundancy by making sure the provider has a dns cluster instead of running dns on each local server. 50-60mb mem limit does seem pretty low and you should be able to run VB on shared with those specs. Though remember that at *some* point you may have to go the VPS route as forums tend to start chewing up a good bit of mem later on.
As to Eleven2 I cant comment from any experience but lately is seems like perhaps some growing pains. For the majority I expect they are solid. Remember a larger provider like that with a good number of clientele is bound to have a bigger impact on negative reviews which may only account for small fractions of their client base.

And as for the representatives part
I rarely see the croc web rep. But I see a lot of the eleven2's rep but about 60% of the time they kinda of act rudely.

My sincere adice is to use the 30 day money back guarantee to test out your intended hosting providers. You will find most of your troubles during the initial set-up, and that's when you will need most support.
