Hi,

Just want to thank Knownhost for the great service over the last few years. They have been just great, always answering my tickets quickly and courteously, While there, I have been learning more and more and felt it was time to move to an unmanaged service (but with Cpanel...not brave enough yet to live without WHM/Cpanel).

So, with the great offer from KnownHost's sister company, RocketVPS (30% off) I took the plunge and moved my account over. Everything working great at RocketVPS.

Have had a shared account years back with them (before they switched over to VPS) and already back then they were already very good with their support. Very professional bunch of guys and whats more imoportant, very patient especially if you have a major deadline and need to ask them 50 mil questions.
