i've sime questions

what about network at Hetzner?
hardware?
price? excluding VAT Because I'm not in DE

I'm looking for your experience

The price includes VAT so you could have it removed. Also, the EX4 is better than the EX5, so if you're choosing the EX5 for the amount of RAM, go for the EX4S instead.

Hetzner has a rather good network, but you get what you pay for. If you need an extra subnet, you'll need to pay for their flexi-pack, if you need an extra hdd, you need to pay for their flexi-pack, etc... Since you are in Morocca you don't need to pay VAT, so you will have to take the final price and remove 19% of it.

Also keep in mind that, if you need such server for VPSes, you have to consider that Hetzner will route your IPs to physical server MAC address. You need to configure NAT to set your IPs on VMs so be sure to be able to do that.

EX5 With 24 GB RAM + 49 Euro setup
EX4S With 32 GB RAM + 149 Euro setup too expensive

Now the Intel® Core™ i7-920 Quadcore
is it good or not for medium 10 VPSs

the ex4-s is a much better choice really, but the i7-920 should be fine for 10 small VMs. I would be more worried about the disk speed, are you going to order extra/faster HDDs/SSDs?
