We have a superserver (dual xeon nehalem 2.13ghz w/t HT + 24gb of ram on Virtuozzo (Use about 20% of totality of server resources) and one basic serveur dual core 4gb of ram for my business website.

Monthly cost fees: About 1000$/month.
Approximately money entries: 1250-1500$/month.

If I am reading this correctly, your company grosses around $15K USD per year in total revenue, with base expenses of *at least* $12K/year - meaning less than $3K/year total in profit - and you're looking for a buyout price of $15,000.00?
