how long to save httpd logs

I'm wondering how long a ISP should save the httpd logs of his customers. This cause @ the moment I have more then 3 GB of log files on a server with only 50 clients. So.........

How long do you save you logfiles, how do you rotate them? With a selfprogrammed script or with logrotate, or even something else.

Thanx in advance,

Our customers logs are kept on there own space so use there own quota. By default they are kept in incremental files for 2 weeks.

The customer can request however many days of logs they want though - its all there own quota.

Depends, if you aren't even going to bother to look at them, I'd keep them one day, just log enough for webstats to run.
